Only time honoured granny recipes , forget about nouvelle cuisine ! You will eat like a peasant of the XIX century ! Our motto is : simple and genuine.
The teacher is our cousin Ilaria, a young woman who speaks fluent English and cooks even better !
The atmosphere is very informal and relaxed, the dishes are simple and traditional . We prefer to use ingredients that you can find in your country , so that you can cook the same dishes at home.
The menu changes according to the season, and it can be tailored according to your taste.

Ilaria cousin will buy for you the ingredients necessary to prepare the dishes and she'll be at the farm house in the afternoon, so that you can start the lessons around 4 pm . The time schedule is very flexible, we can start at 3 or at 5 pm, the lessons can last 2 hours as well as 3-4 hours.
By the way, the vegetables from our garden are not charged , and they are delicious !
