NOTES
1. Cleaning and Linens
Cleaning will be carried out prior to your arrival but not during your stay . The house will be perfectly clean at your arrival. Bed linens and towels are supplied . If you stay more than one week, linens and towels are supplied but you do the work to change the linens in the beds, whereas we care about the washing. Maid service may be available at around 8-10 euro/hour : if you are interested please inquiry in advance.
2. House heating and air conditioning
House heating is included in our rental fare but, according to Italian laws, it can be turned ON from November to mid April only. You can set the temperatures on your own, but please be moderate .
Air conditioning is not provided because the walls of the house are thick and they keep the house fresh during the summer and warm during the winter. In any case there is a an electric fan in every bedroom.
3. Consumables
Basic consumables, e.g. toilet paper, sugar, olive oil, salt, coffee, etc., are supplied when you arrive. However your holiday is self-catering and you are responsible for supplying once that the consumables we have left for you are finished. Hey, tap water is good, don't buy it at the supermarket ! Spend your money to buy some red wine !
4. Self Catering
The accommodation is self catering. Breakfast is not served. On request, we can serve meals but you have to inquiry in advance. Cooking lessons are available as well.
