On Wednesdays and Saturdays an open air market takes place in the center of Pistoia, beginning early in the morning through 12 30 am. Each morning ( except Sunday ) , you can buy vegetables and fruits in a colored vegetable market in Piazza della Sala, close to the Duomo.
